BUY OUR BEEF
Our beef is processed in a USDA processing plant just 45 minutes from our ranch. Here, they are humanely and efficiently processed into a product we are proud to offer to our customers. The Beef is dry-aged for 14 days and they will custom cut up your beef to your specifications and you will receive it cut, wrapped and frozen.

Whole $4.15 lb - approx. 700 lbs
Half $4.65 lb - approx. 350 lbs
Quarter $5.10 lb - approx. 175 lbs
Separate cuts sold at the ranch.
